1. How do I order a garment?

 

Ordering from our studio is an easy and personalised process to ensure every piece fits you perfectly.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Browse & Select – Explore our collection and find the garment(s) you love.

  2. Add to Cart – Click Add to Cart for each item.

  3. Proceed to Order – In the Cart page, click Order Now.

  4. Studio Contact – Our team will reach out to arrange a fitting appointment.

  5. Tailor-Made – Your garment will be crafted to your measurements and style preferences.

  6. Final Approval – Once you are happy with the fit and finish, proceed with payment.

  7. Collection – Collect your custom-made garment and enjoy wearing it. If you would like the garment to be delivered to your door, an additional fee of EUR 15 will apply for both Gozo and Malta deliveries.

2. Do you create custom designs?

 

Yes. Il-Hjata Bespoke offers bespoke design services where we work with you to bring your vision to life. From fabric selection to finishing details, every step is personalised.

3. What sizes do you offer?

 

All our garments are tailor-made to your exact measurements. Each garment comes in a range of sizes that can be altered to your fitting for the best results.

4. Do you ship internationally?

 

Since we place great emphasis on the personal fitting of each garment, we highly recommend that all fittings take place in our studio. For this reason, we do not offer international shipping, as clients are required to attend in person to ensure the perfect fit.

5. What is your return policy?

 

Because our garments are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. However, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

6. How long does it take to make my garment?

 

Garments readily available from one of our collections are typically ready within 1-2weeks. Lead time for newly bespoke garments varies depending on the design complexity and season, but most orders take 2–6 weeks from the fitting date.

7. Can I provide my own fabric?

 

Yes. We will also help you choose from our curated selection of premium fabrics.

8. Do you offer alterations on existing garments?
 

Yes, we offer alteration services for both our designs and select client-supplied garments. Please contact us to confirm if your garment is suitable for alteration.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
 

We accept cash and credit/debit card payments (in-studio only). Payment is made once the garment is completed and handed to you.

10. Can you create a completely custom design?

 

Absolutely. Our bespoke service allows us to create garments from scratch based on your ideas, mood boards, or special occasions.

11. Do you design for special occasions such as weddings and gala?

 

Yes. We specialise in bespoke eveningwear, occasionwear, and wedding dresses tailored to your style and event.

12. What if I need my garment urgently?

 

While we encourage our clients to always plan ahead when ordering a garment in order to be able to provide the best service and a finished product that fully meets their expectations, we do offer an express service for select garments, subject to availability and an additional fee.

13. How should I care for my garment?

 

We will provide specific care instructions for each garment, but most of our pieces require professional dry cleaning to preserve their quality.
